Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available for online video content. Cancellations for the in-person segment made at least 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the training date are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 30 days’ notice.

The Queensland Government’s Kindy Uplift Program provides additional funding to approved kindergartens to support high-quality, inclusive education. Our Kindy Uplift PD packages are designed to help your service make the most of this, by giving educators practical, evidence-informed tools aligned to Kindy Uplift goals. All packages start with a free scoping call so we can tailor support to your setting.
Kindy Uplift funding eligibility can vary by service, so we’d recommend confirming with your kindy director or the Queensland Department of Education directly. Our packages are specifically designed to align with Kindy Uplift program goals, which may support the case for using your uplift funding. We’re happy to provide documentation to assist with that conversation if needed.

All packages can be tailored to your centre’s goals, and extras can be added to any package, including additional educator coaching sessions, parent workshops, and in-situ environmental consultation.
