Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for online video content. Cancellations for the in-person segment made at least 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the training date are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 30 days’ notice.
