Overview

Evidence-based social skills club for LEGO® enthusiasts.

LEGO®-based therapy is a social development program which provides opportunities for children to build and explore their social skills.

By collaborating through a joint interest and goals, children are motivated to work with their peers, have fun and develop their social competencies.

 

Meet your Facilitators

Russina Harris, Senior Occupational Therapist

Russina is our LEGO® club lead. She is a passionate and enthusiastic therapist who looks for the strengths in everyone she works with.

 

Natasha Chelan, Occupational Therapist

Natasha has a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families, by supporting them to achieve their goals.

 

Despena Demetriou, Occupational Therapist

Desi has an innate love for working closely with young children, teenagers, and their support systems to help them reach their full potential.

 

Jasmine Weiss, Occupational Therapist

Jasmine is an enthusiastic therapist who is passionate about working collaboratively with children and their families to help them reach their full potential in meaningful activities.

Who can do LEGO® Club?

  • Children aged between 5-7 years OR
  • Children aged between 8-12 years

Details

Cost: $684 for 5-7 group OR $912 for 8-12 group
When: 6 sessions over 2 weeks on the school holidays
Where: Offered at our Greenslopes AND Yeerongpilly locations
