Circle of Security Parenting™

Support for Parents Wanting to Build Secure Attachment and Connection with their Child.

What is this program?

Circle of Security Parenting™ is a relationship-based parenting program developed from decades of attachment research. It uses a visual map to help you better understand your child’s behaviour and emotional needs — when they are reaching out to explore and when they are coming in for comfort and connection. You will learn how to:

  • Recognise and respond to your child’s cues.

  • Support your child to explore with confidence and return for connection.

  • Understand your own parenting style and emotional triggers (“shark music”).

  • Build a secure attachment with your child that fosters lifelong wellbeing.

Who is COSP for?

This program is designed for parents and carers of children of all ages who want to:

  • Understand and respond more effectively to their child’s emotional needs.

  • Strengthen their relationship and attachment.

  • Support their child’s development through secure, consistent caregiving.

  • Explore their own parenting style and strengthen co-parenting practices.

We especially encourage families of neurodivergent children to participate — our facilitators are experienced in supporting diverse learning and communication needs.
